Return and Refund Policy

At Party Craft U.A.E, each item is made specially for you. Because our products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please note:

• We cannot offer refunds for errors in personalization provided by the customer.

• All damage claims must be supported with clear photo or video evidence.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
