4. Returns and Refunds
As our products are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please report any damage within 12 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the product and packaging.

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer (such as misspelled names, incorrect dates, or color choices).
